My wrist has been hurting and going numb lately, so I finally went to the hospital and got diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. The shot hurt so bad and my hand is still numb 🥺 Oh my gosh... it's numb near the nerves so I can't grab anything. I'm barely typing with my left hand and my right index finger. Got a 3-week prescription tooㅜㅜ Had lunch and walked for an hour with a friend, now I'm heading home. Hope there's a parking spot🙏

Awwㅠㅠ I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome in my 20s too... it's a lifelong thing ㅎㅎㅎ... If it gets worse, you can get tendonitis, so be careful ㅠㅠ When you get tendonitis.. your wrist feels paralyzed and it hurts so much you can't move itㅠㅠ
