Huh, I got a competitive match penalty without even realizing it

I was watching YouTube because I was bored while waiting for a competitive match queue... It took over 4 minutes to find a match, so I thought, "What's going on? Is this the day the game finally shuts down?" Turns out, I had 'ultra power saving mode' on, which had enabled some background app restriction by default. I belatedly changed the setting to 'unrestricted' in the application settings, but... Ah... I had already received a yellow card... lol
