I was trying to raise friendship levels while trading random monsters with my alt account for an exchange mission, but why did they become shiny monsters when it wasn't a special trade...? ㅋㅋ I should save up a lot of stardust to make a shiny friend and transfer some good ones.

The chance of a Pokémon becoming a shiny when trading normally, without a special event, is 4%, so you probably got a shiny.
