Among the characters in Mingzhao, which one is the best to pull? And should I also pull for their exclusive weapons? Or is it better to just equip any 5-star weapon? From a beginner's perspective, I want characters that are not difficult to use, have decent performance, and are not too hard to raise.

I'm not entirely sure either, but I think Hiyuki is a comfortable character to play. If you have a lot of resources right now, I'd recommend pulling for Hiyuki, and then for Lucilla and Chisa who will be in the next version. If you want versatility, Hiyuki, Rinne, and Monie are also good choices. Usually, main DPS characters really need their signature weapon, so it's best to pull for that if you're focusing on a main DPS.

The pickup after that will feature Lucilla, who is part of Hiyuki's party. At that time, you don't need the exclusive weapon, just pull for Lucilla.
