[PS] Zenless Zone Zero Sales Pitch Review
My assistant manager got roped into something and left a review for Zenless Zone Zero.. I'm not really interested in mobile in-app purchase games, so I passed on it on Steam too.. but I decided to give it a try.. It's always popping up on PS, so I went to download it and it was 110GB...?? That's a huge amount of space.. I figured my Steam Deck would struggle with storage and performance, so I went with the PS version.. As expected from a HoYoverse title, the fundamentals are solid.. but it's more than that, the combat system is really fun and well-made. Especially the part where you switch characters during a parry timing to use skills, that's pretty neat and seems to give squad management meaning..? It's an Action RPG, but you can tell they put a lot of effort into the combat. It's different from your typical run-of-the-mill subculture games.. I also really liked the story progression and the way they handled the cutscenes.. It wasn't boring to watch the story unfold. And the PS version really paid attention to the controller vibration and sound effects.. I was a bit disappointed there were no adaptive triggers, but the tactile feedback was great.. If it were a perfect open world, it might have been even more to my taste ㅋㅋ

Oh, you tried Zenless Zone Zero! For me, among subculture games that support mobile & PC, Genshin Impact is my top pick, followed by Wuthering Waves, a 3D open-world subculture game also on Steam, at second place. Zenless Zone Zero comes in third on my personal favorite list, so it really is fun... The combat is thrilling and delicious, and the story is also great... I'm enjoying it a lot as a free-to-play player. Among subculture games, it's so generous that you don't need to spend money, but I'm still satisfied. The only game I willingly spend money on is Genshin Impact, and for the rest, I'm a free-to-play user, so I'm having a blast with Zenless Zone Zero without spending anything.
