Tofu Inari Sushi
I went grocery shopping earlier. I bought some ingredients to make a simple dinner. Haha Instead of rice, I lightly squeezed the water out of tofu, mashed it, mixed it well with the sauce that came inside, and put it into the fried tofu pouches. Done! It's simple, but it's also filling after eating, so I make it sometimes when I don't have much appetite. Haha It's not in the picture, but I also had a cup of Saeukkangmyun ramen with it. Haha I'll reveal tonight's dinner menu and say goodnight! ^^ I hope my family members can have fun and enjoy our community time together for a long time, rather than getting too stressed! ๐๐
