Delicious!
Stopped by a rest stop and they were grilling hotteok (Korean pancakes), so I was mesmerized and stood there watching and ended up buying 6 ๐๐ I figured 3 of them were for the next person in line, though there wasn't anyone waiting ๐

Hotteok is delicious.. you gotta fold it, put it in a paper cup, and eat it right away.. Can't seem to find them anywhere lately.. haha It's been years since I last had one.. ๐
