So my friend beat Chapter 3 of the space arc and got a Platinum ticket. They used it and apparently got the Bamboo Princess. But my friend says they have too many Angels and Metals, so it's not good... Is it good...? It seems like a popular character...

I think it's best to decide for yourself which characters are good or bad. Even if others say they're bad, you can make them work if you're good with them. However, since it's a 4-evolution character, it's a bit in-between. If you're going to use it, I recommend using it as a 1-evolution character. Still, since it has a 'slow down' effect, you might be able to use it.
