How can I fill the stars at the bottom?

It seems like you need to clear everything for 3 out of the 7 daily tasks.

I succeeded in the weekly mission and got a star at the bottom of the 1800 box. If you succeed for 3 consecutive weeks, you get a gift box next to the star. If you fail one week, they take the star away.

Do I need to spend money? Let me know if you get the stars.
