Quest Log Legendary Drop Rate Plummet

What is this? It's suddenly 100, damn it.. I'm level 37 so I'll just do it until 40. I just used gems in ranked matches, so I got 1000 stars. It's not real money anyway, so make sure to combine gems with energy and the ones you get from quests. Then you can collect this much..
