Feeling kinda off...
I did an action quest over the weekend but didn't get the reward, so I sent in a ticket. As soon as Monday hit, I installed the game and it only gave me 100 gems for the action quest, and then all the action quests disappeared. Just feels bad for no reason... Didn't even get 1400 gems for level 3... ㅡㅡ

Why?! Even if you inquire about active quests, they won't disappear... Hidden quests also don't disappear until their period is over ㅜㅠ Leave inquiries for those too! I did it within the period, but it disappeared. Give me the reward.

That sounds incredibly frustrating. They should have saved all of that. What are they doing by letting it all disappear like this? You should contact them and try to get it back. I'd be really angry if they don't restore it.

Ah... they really do disappear if you report that you didn't get gems, just like they said... ㄷㄷㄷ I'm too scared to even report it now... ㅠㅠ As a side note, when you don't receive gems, you have to report each quest individually. I thought I could group them and report them all at once, but I ended up having to write them out one by one. One per day...
