Inquiry about missing gem reward
I inquired about not receiving my reward gems, but it's been several days with no response. The deadline to receive the gems is getting closer, and without a reply, reaching the next level feels meaningless.

Usually, they handle missing gem rewards pretty quickly,,, seems like they're really backed up. I think they usually still process requests even after the payout date has passed,,, keep that in mind and hopefully, it gets resolved well for you!~~~~ Of course, I also just give up on dungeons or things that don't work out properly lol
