Attack (ATK) - Adept at dealing direct damage to opponents. Destruction (DEST) - Adept at dealing burst damage. Defense (DEF) - Adept at protecting teammates. Heal (HEAL) - Adept at healing teammates. Technique (TEC) - Skilled in miscellaneous techniques. This includes, but is not limited to, barrier destruction, and characters possess unique gimmicks. Debuff (DBF) - Adept at inflicting negative effects on enemies. Speed (SPD) - Adept at striking opponents first with high speed. Support (SUPP) - Adept at assisting teammates. It feels like the classifications get a bit blurry towards the end, but... Anyway, character classification is important for the Weekly Jade Lightning Gauntlet. Each stage has restrictions, allowing only characters of specific classifications to enter.
