Overseas Purchase Tips

Based on my experience... I've written this as a tip, or rather, for those who don't know how to buy from overseas. Mercari is an exception, as you can't sign up without a Japanese credit card, so I recommend using a proxy service or Mercari (official affiliated site)! I haven't written about direct purchases from other countries as I have no experience there either ㅠㅠ I hope this is helpful!
