Brawl Newbie

Otis's silence effect, which blocks enemy skills, is really powerful. However, accuracy is important, so it requires some skill, hmm! If you're a newbie, you might need a little practice, but it's definitely worth leveling up.

The damage is strong, so it feels good to use in any map. It's not used much these days though, because there are so many OP characters :/

Is it because it's a 'gukbap' character that it's so-so? You should always refill Otis's spa with ink.
