No response about Action Quest rewards not being checked
Other hidden quests and inquiries are processed quickly (until now), but this one is an exception, the quest isn't even being checked and there's no response to my inquiry. I'm frustrated because something might have gone wrong, or time is just passing by.

I think you contacted them about the same issue as me, since I also filed a inquiry because I didn't receive my reward. I got a response to my inquiry, and you can see it if you check my post. Their response is the worst. If it weren't for PlayO, I wouldn't even know about this game, but I downloaded it here, and they're saying they can't issue the reward because it can't be verified. So I'm just going to quit and not do the action quests anymore.

I also contacted them and got a reply after 2-3 days... * I installed it here for the first time and played the game right away... They replied that they can't give me the reward because I didn't do the initial installation. I saw posts saying the rewards were delayed for everyone, so I shouldn't have done it ใ

I also inquired a few days ago and checked today, but got the same answer. It's frustrating and unfair, so I'll probably quit soon. Guess I'll have to go find a new game ใ ใ
