What's the difference between these two? In-app purchase vs. clicking the buy button in the store. But you have to click the buy button for an in-app purchase... Are they different concepts? If they're the same concept, shouldn't both get rewards?

Sometimes in-app purchases can appear like that due to a bug. I asked about it before, and they said it was a translation error.

In-app purchases require actual payment, but for the 'purchase button' option, you can just press the button without completing the payment!
