Thinking about starting running

There are so many running-related gears these days... and so many types of shoes too.. I don't run, but I knew someone who used to buy a new pair of shoes every single day.

Thinking of starting running? Awesome! I'm always lacking exercise due to late nights at work, so let's cheer each other on! How about starting with some comfy running shoes?

I have a lot of gear, but I started without any equipment when I first began. About a year after I started running, my family bought me a pair of running shoes after seeing that I was sticking with it. While I have various types of gear, I only own running shoes, and having them is more comfortable for my feet than not having them.

Wouldn't it be better to just get running shoes first and then buy things one by one?

If you run too much, your knees will go out ㅡㅡ

Lots of people seem to be into running lately.. I'd suggest trying it out a bit first to see if it's a good fit for you..🤔 I'm not really the type to stick with things consistently..^^;;

I just bought some running shoes and I'm using them ㅎㅎ I'm only running about 5k right now, so nothing else really... Once I can run over 10k, I'll start getting other gear.
