Spicy Pork Stir-fry + Soft Tofu Stew
This is from a local Korean diner. I don't think there's anyone who doesn't like spicy pork stir-fry with soft tofu stew lol The owner has a generous hand; they use a stone pot for the soft tofu stew that's bigger than a samgyetang pot, and they still fill it to the brim!! The spicy pork is practically served on a platter lol They stir-fry thick, large pieces of meat, and the smoky flavor makes it absolutely delicious!!
