Seriously... they're trying hard not to give me the gem...
I contacted them asking to confirm my initial installation, and I received the gem. But the moment I got it, the level 22 quest disappeared, and I couldn't get the level 22 gem either. So I contacted them again, and they said... they couldn't confirm the initial installation... I'm so dumbfounded... So how did I get the initial installation gem then? It feels like they're trying to avoid giving me the gem again... I'm determined to get it no matter what.... I feel so wronged... I reached level 22 a while ago...

So, after struggling with errors a few times when trying to complete action quests or missions, I just stopped doing them altogether ㅜㅜ. When I inquired, they told me to contact another company, and after going in circles, I wondered if I should keep contacting them with small amounts, but it always ended up being 'I'd rather not do it'... Lately, there are so few quests, so I'm curious about the action quests.
