[Review] Expand Your Library by Forming a Family on Steam - An Adventure Based on Trust

If you're a Steam user, you've probably heard of it... but rarely get to use it! I'm here to share my experience using the Steam Family Sharing feature. To use this feature, go to Steam settings, click the 'Family' tab, create a family group, and then add your Steam friends. Your library and your added friends' libraries will merge, and the more non-overlapping games you have, the more games you can access! It's a great way to enjoy many games for a small amount of money... but the catch is, you can only add people from the same IP address. Steam, being a platform, relies on game sales commissions. They don't want users' game purchase rates to drop, so Family Sharing is strictly limited to those within the same IP address! So how do you share with friends who are far away...? You have to add them based on trust, by exchanging account and login information... which isn't easy.. I gave that opportunity to the Steam Board's sub-manager, so I hope they write more reviews in the future...

Additionally, a few more things... 1. Only games that support the family sharing feature are possible, not all games in the library. 2. Games I've set to private cannot be shared. 3. When a guest plays a game from my library, if I start playing that game, the guest's session will end. 4. The host can kick out members at will.

I used to share games with a friend through family sharing... but after a few days, the shared games were unlinked. Back then, I think it was only possible to share with registered computers... but my brother messed with something while supposedly managing the computer, which changed the computer tag or something... Now it seems like it's account registration based? So, my friend... when are we gonna play Peak together..?

I thought the system changed, but it seems not ๐Ÿซข I used to do it this way with family members, and then one day a 'family group?' thing appeared... If you're in the same family group, you can share, but someone in group A can't go to group B... I wonder if that's the system you showed in the screenshot..

This game sharing? feature completely changed like this before.. It's much better now, but it seemed like adding sub-accounts from other countries wasn't possible, so you can do it like this.
