Looks like everyone's heading out to prepare for Chuseok and have dinner now.
I'm planning to stay put and be alone in town this time. So I'm whipping up a quick dinner with whatever's left in the fridge ๐ I stir-fried leftover grilled pollack roe + cabbage + egg + oyster sauce from yesterday, put it on rice, drizzled a bit of sesame oil, and it was pretty good. It might not look the best, but it kinda feels like eating a slightly less moist steamed egg? mixed with rice ๐คฃ I also made kimchi stew with tuna, simmered for about 15 minutes, to go with it. Wishing everyone a fun and delicious Chuseok holiday and weekend. And to all the young people spending Chuseok alone like me, have a great evening too! ~~๐ค

Even though it's using up leftovers, the ingredients are really generous? ๐๐ Enjoy delicious food and have a relaxing holiday break! ๐

You're eating well. Now that it's Chuseok, it's not strange to spend it alone...
