7 Rs After a Star - [Alexandros]-starrrrrrr

The Japanese band [Alexandros], famous for "Flashback" and "Tetsu no Kujira" (Steel Whale). For me, they're practically the definition of J-pop... But like my previous post(?), I felt it was a bit dull to listen to just two songs by one artist, so I ended up finding this track.... It's a song that's at least 10 years old.... The title is also unique, with 6 more 'r's added after the word 'star' to make it 'starrrrrrr', which is a bit bizarre, right? Looking at the lyrics, it seems to be a song with a positive message, which is rare in my playlists... It's about looking at your past self, contrasting it with your present self, feeling sad, yet preparing for tomorrow.... I especially love the part at the end of the song where 'light up all the star yeah' repeats 4 times... Lastly, similar to 青葉 last time(?), this is also a great song to listen to at night. The difference is... it's best enjoyed while riding a bicycle....
