Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You

Today's song is a masterpiece by the living fossil of jazz, George Benson (may he be praised). It's 'Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You'. The reason it's not the original is simply because I brought you my favorite version!! (No arguments allowed) So, who's the singer? It's Liz, who, despite being a one-hit wonder, left behind the timeless classic 'You're Gonna Be Happy'. The story behind her stage name is also interesting. Liz, who is of Korean-Canadian descent, was originally active under the name Liz. However, the then-agency CEO thought, 'What if the name evokes a sense of place?' and it became Leeds, the English city. (Yes, the same Leeds as Leeds United). This song, reborn as a cover by Liz, features her unique vocal tone that is warm yet tinged with a certain melancholy, making it incredibly catchy once you hear it. A great song to listen to as autumn approaches~ That's all for now!
