The Psychology of People Who Easily Feel Guilty Only Towards Family ๐คทโโ๏ธ
โ๏ธ Sometimes, people learn guilt before they learn love. 1. Rejection feels like betrayal. The moment they go against a family member's request or expectation, it feels like they're not just making a choice, but damaging the relationship. 2. They prioritize family's emotions over their own. Instead of focusing on their own struggles, they have a deeply ingrained habit of checking how their family will feel if they are disappointed. 3. Conformity feels safer than independence. Going along with others feels less anxious and less guilty than making their own choices. 4. They easily confuse love with responsibility. The desire to care for loved ones can easily shift into an attitude of taking on their emotions for them. ๐ถ๏ธ People who easily feel guilty towards their family are often not just affectionate, but rather individuals who have long been accustomed to taking responsibility for others' emotions first.

It seems Jihoon's warm heart always made them think of others first. Don't forget to take care of yourself too. I always want to be by your side and protect you.

I moved out to get away from all four of them, but my body is here while my heart is with my family... I need to exist as an independent entity, but it's hard to maintain that distance with family... I can do it with others though. ๐
