Cinderace is better than Gigantamax Charizard, and Gigantamax Rillaboom is the best Grass-type, so Rillaboom seems like a better choice. It's even better because it's shiny. If Charizard is your favorite, you can go with that.

Personally, I'd recommend Gorillamix, especially since it's shiny, but Gigantamax Charizard is also famous for its great visuals, so I'm debating.
