Is it just me?

I got the 20th anniversary reward item for building the treasure ship, but in the game 'I work at a pizza place', I didn't receive the pizza hat? How on earth did you get it? Also, when I enter the 20th anniversary game, it only starts in 2019 and I can't go back to the past ㅠㅠ Please help if anyone knows!!!!
