Never tell a lie, never shed a tear.

Chouyaku On - Lies and Lamentations "A Love Story from a Fairy Tale Land" A love blossoms between a human and an oni, and two promises are made between them. The human: "I will never tell a lie." The oni: "I will never shed a tear." "What a childish promise." They exchanged words of being together forever... But the promise is broken when the human dies, killed by an unknown being, be it a night thief or a yokai. "Liar, you traitor! You weakling who can't even keep one promise..." Tears well up in the eyes of the oni left alone, and the song ends. Note: The part pronounced "Koimonogatari (Love Story)" appears three times. While it's usually written as "恋物語 (Love Story)", the lyrics in the last verse are written as "悲恋物語 (Tragic Love Story)".
