How on earth do you write those "write your own thoughts" assignments like self-reflection journals?? ㅠㅠ I don't have any thoughts of my own... I have no thoughts at all..ㅠ

Whoa, the self-reflection journal is super daunting, right? I was totally blank too before, but just try writing down how you feel overwhelmed right now. It might not be as bad as you think!

I also haven't really written my own thoughts in places that ask you to 'write your thoughts.' I tend to write something plausible based on the content or use AI for reference, but how about this approach? Of course, it's not a great way to develop your own thinking skills... If you have some time, it's also good to just grab any topic and write down whatever comes to mind.
