This is [Letter], the title track from the 3rd album released in 2000 by Kim Kwang Jin, famous in the 90s for 'Magic Castle'. The song is known for its lyrics based on a true story. Before marrying Kim Kwang Jin, his wife went on a blind date arranged by her parents, where a man she met asked her to go abroad with him. She ultimately chose Kim Kwang Jin. The man respected her decision, left a letter, and went abroad. Based on that letter, the current song was created. Even though a considerable amount of time has passed, many artists like IU, Sung Si Kyung, Paul Kim, and Huh Gak have covered this song, and it is still considered one of the greatest masterpieces.
