All units can only be upgraded to a maximum of level 3. So if you run out of space while upgrading, sacrifice them at the altar to aim for hero summons later. 1. Don't combine all your units for synergy. Synergy is calculated by the number of units of each attribute present on the tiles. 2. Once the tiles are somewhat full, combine them little by little while maintaining synergy levels. 3. When fighting, observe the attack power difference and skip unit summons to save up additional rune bonuses. 4. A sub-boss appears at level 10. If you have a healer and an attack buff unit, you can clear it even if your stats are insufficient. 5. In the early levels, many aerial enemies appear, so focus on developing ranged attack units.
