Ugh, I'm stuck here..
It's telling me to build a hospital, but how do I do that..?? I'm still doing the adventure thing, but as you can see in the picture, it keeps getting pushed back. It says to do 9 first, but I wish it would give me some direction, I don't know what to do no matter what I try ใ ใ I need to build a hospital to level up the cathedral, but I'm stuck here. I just started yesterday, please help..!!

Clear out the zombies near your territory, and your territory will expand. Usually, when you go on adventures, your area expands. Take a closer look around again. You need to keep exploring the jungle to create space for buildings. Typically, after completing an exploration, surrounding areas are generated, allowing you to build structures.
