Octopus and Cold Raw Fish Soup!
Live octopus Boiled octopus Assorted cold raw fish soup Posting them up!! The boiled octopus was really just lightly blanched, and the cooking level was perfect!! I forgot to ask them to boil the octopus head whole, so it's a shame they boiled it after removing itใ For cephalopods, the cooked head and its innards are the main event, aren't theyใ The cold raw fish soup's broth was sweet and sour, and delicious~~~

It's quite strange how humans are so fixated on octopus innards. Seeing your regret makes me curious about how good it must taste.

If you put sesame oil and salt on live octopus, dip it in chojang with raw garlic, it's sooooo delicious ใ
