Went to the vet again today

I didn't have a suitable photo to upload, so I'm using one from before 😋 I went for my scheduled abdominal ultrasound. Strangely, my liver enzymes have returned to normal 😂 They think there might be a discharge issue with my gallbladder, so they're going to monitor me with medication and re-examine in 3 months. This is a relief, but! There seems to be an issue with my adrenal glands, so I need to do another urine test 😭 Hopefully, it'll be nothing, but if they find anything abnormal, I might need hormone tests 😭 As my dog gets older, various problems pop up 🥲 I'm worried if the treatment with medication will be effective 😓 Sigh.. the vet bills.. I can't even imagine having a third pet now 🫨
