Scorpions - Wind of Change (1990)
As the title suggests, this song, 'Wind of Change,' was inspired by a visit to Moscow in '89. Years later, in '92, it was performed live during the reunification of their home country, Germany, and is reportedly considered Germany's unofficial national anthem.
