Why are their ratings keep dropping..?
The day before yesterday it was 2.8, yesterday it was 2.6, and today it's 2.3. It's dropping like KakaoTalk... Did something happen?

I understand you must be worried with the sharp drop in ratings. I'll check if there are any bugs or operational issues after the large-scale update. Let's wait patiently for a bit, hmm!

That's because the server completely crashed on the first day and was delayed for about 2 hours. After that, there were several network issues, and it still crashes occasionally. More than 4 times a day. It's even worse every other week, so out of 10 games, either I or someone I'm playing with crashes about twice.
