Customer Service...
I couldn't get my reward because of customer service. On 9/27, I inquired with a photo proving I had played for 7 minutes, asking for game installation confirmation. The reply came after 6 PM on the 28th, stating that game installation couldn't be confirmed... However, the 28th was one day before the game installation deadline. In my haste, having also succeeded in unlocking 5 themes, I submitted two more inquiries on the 28th. This morning, I saw they hadn't been checked, so I posted again with the title 'Please check quickly,' stating that I had completed game installation and unlocked 5 themes. I received a reply at 12 PM today confirming it, and after receiving the 100 gems for game installation reward... the quest disappeared completely.. I really put my mind to it, even using not-so-smart AI, and persistently tried to unlock those 5 themes... only to miss out on the reward so anticlimactically. Even though the reward for unlocking 5 themes is only 1000 gems... I'm still so devastated ㅠ

That's exactly like me, wow ㄷㄷㄷ I also filed a ticket because the quest rewards weren't applied. They only gave me 100 installation gems and then the rest of the level completion rewards disappeared. When I argued about that too, they gave me some kind of roundabout, robotic answer saying I didn't meet the participation requirements, which just made me angry.. ㄷㄷ 😮💨

I also contacted support about an installation quest error and the quest disappeared. It's not fun, has too many ads, so I'm just deleting it.
