Deleted the hidden quest because I didn't get the gems
I completed the Level 8 hidden quest around 12 PM on September 26th, the last day. I contacted support because the reward didn't come in even after 6 PM, and they said they can't give it to me since time has passed. Like, if I had received it on time, I wouldn't have needed to contact you guys. I contacted you because it didn't come in even after the time passed... Guess I should have contacted them immediately.

If it doesn't arrive, you have to contact them right away each time. I've waited before thinking it might just be a little late, but if you do nothing, it never comes.

Ah.. right,, if that quest is active, you can select it when you make an inquiry,,,, this is a bit of a bummer ㅜㅜ You must have felt bad.

Is it a situation where the message says you've achieved it, but the gems aren't coming in? Even though it says 30 minutes, the time spent watching ads isn't counted as game time, so it actually takes about 3-4 more minutes to complete the time quest.
