Alarms (2)
I always set more than 6 alarms to make sure I wake up. For the intervals, the first alarm rings every 10 minutes, the 2nd to 4th every 5 minutes, and for the last few, I set them to end with 9 or 8, like 29 or 39 minutes. This is so that when the last alarm goes off, I'm already somewhat awake and can prepare to get up with a little extra time. Instead of having an alarm at 40 minutes that makes me prepare at 45, I set it for 39 minutes so I'm ready by 40. This is the only way I don't end up being lateㅜ Also, in the mornings, I always feel like I should just wake up earlier and get ready, but instead, I end up rushing, getting ready in a hurry, and starting my day with anxiety about being late every single morningㅎ🥲 If anyone knows of any other solutions besides waking up earlier to reduce this anxious feeling, please share your best tips with meㅎㅎ Thank you for reading, and I hope you have a great and happy day! Fighting!

Your alarm setting method is so elaborate. I really relate to that feeling of a daily morning battle, I feel the same way every time I work overtime. Shall we both try to make a little effort for a more peaceful morning?

I usually wake up with about 3 alarms on weekdays, but on weekends, I just can't seem to wake up no matter how many alarms I set. Are you getting enough sleep? Maybe you're not waking up because you're not getting enough sleep? Or perhaps you're living such a busy life that you're mentally and physically exhausted, which is why you can't wake up. Keep your chin up. Fighting! 👊👊
