Day 182

I'm learning Japanese, and while I can catch some of it from watching anime and listening to J-pop, it's really hard to get my mouth to form the words. I think it's great that Duolingo helps with speaking practice lol Anyway, I can finally speak it now hahahaha But... is it just me, or does learning Japanese make my English even harder to speak? lol ㅠㅠㅠ I recently visited Japan, and I could somehow communicate in Japanese, but I was sent to an English-only(?) counter and was flustered because I couldn't even give simple answers in English 🤣 Instead of 'Yes!', I just said 'Hi!' and we were both confused 😭😭 It's truly difficult to confidently speak a language you're not proficient in... Go Duolingo!
