What will Tzuyang eat to make a living now?

YouTube has tightened its screws on guidelines for binge eating and eating disorders, hitting mukbang YouTubers directly. A rule is being applied based on the 'impact' perceived by teenagers or high-risk groups, regardless of creative intent, which also blocks mukbang creators from generating revenue. In other words, the excessive eating shown in YouTube videos by big eaters like Tzuyang is said to give the impression that eating a lot is good, thereby negatively affecting teenagers with issues like binge eating or eating disorders. Furthermore, YouTube's new policy apparently involves restricting the broadcast of their videos, impacting their earnings. The first thought I had upon hearing this news was, "What will Tzuyang eat to make a living now? It must cost a lot for food expenses." Of course, I know it's an unnecessary worry. A YouTuber with over 10 million subscribers has earned a huge income, and with the money earned so far, they can surely live well and eat well for the rest of their lives. What do you all think about YouTube's new policy to restrict mukbangs? 1. It's excessive regulation. YouTubers' freedom to create videos should be guaranteed. 2. Videos of excessive mukbangs should be regulated and filtered.

Isn't this a bit too much? Just enjoy watching them eat and get vicarious satisfaction. Does it induce overeating? I don't think so.

I never really watched mukbangs, so I haven't seen them. Especially binge eating, it's hard to watch and I think about how much they eat... I still don't like it, haha.

Honestly, I don't think blocking mukbangs is fair, especially since the monetization requirements have been raised. It would be better if they just said that viewership from certain age groups wouldn't count towards monetization.

I don't really get why YouTube would suddenly do that either.

There seems to be more negative stuff in other content, so why specifically target mukbangs for sanctions?

I saw somewhere that mukbangs, which people watch for vicarious satisfaction, actually make you gain weight 🙁 Apparently, your brain thinks you're eating it yourself...;;;;

If mukbang were classified as harmful content, I wonder what level of guidelines would be set. Is it okay as long as it's not just binge eating? Mukbangs that are just reviews or ASMR level wouldn't be harmful content, so would they be allowed~~;;

It feels like the penalties are too harsh.

They say they're changing the concept to moving around to multiple places because consuming a large amount in one spot would trigger penalties. Apparently, the total calorie intake will be similar though.
