Solo Hot Pot

I'd only been to Haidilao before. Today I went to a solo hot pot place. The ingredients were unlimited, and it was like a sushi train where you pick what you want as it goes by. I thought it would be great to have two burners, one for grilling and one for hot pot, but after picking ingredients from the rotating plates, trying to manage both burners at the same time was a challenge. In the end, I was too overwhelmed, so I turned off the grill and just ate hot pot haha.
