Ah 😭😭 My rhinitis that always comes back during seasonal changes 😭😭 I'm so sick of it... Drink lots of water and keep your nose warm.. ㅈ😭😭 I take a pill every day because of my rhinitis.. If you take medicine, make sure to take it regularly 🙏
