Instead of complexity, the building upgrade times are getting way too long. I'm level 21 and it's driving me crazy.

It's not complicated. Just follow the server rules, like no looting, and do your quests as they come. The server itself is a bit demanding, though. You have to match your gear every 4 hours, so it can be a bit tiring, but it's fun. As for building, that's something that takes more time in other games too. There are also guild war quests that require patience, as you need to save them up to use on a specific day of the week.
