Help me

Lately, for this event, the silver one? The one that costs 60 gems and can be obtained by watching ads. Whenever I get redirected to Google Play and come back, the ad I was watching gets canceled. It happens with other ads in the game sometimes too, but it's especially frequent with the silver one. (What's worse, if the ad is canceled, I can't watch ads for a while.) If you have any solutions, please leave a comment.
