Gopchang is only complete with fried rice at the end ๐ฅ
I had some amazing gopchang at Hwangso Gopchang! Grilling it with beef tripe, beef heart, mushrooms, and onions was the best combo ๐คค I enjoyed it with some scallion kimchi in between, cleaned my palate with some refreshing cold noodles, and finally, it was time for fried rice! I scraped the pan clean with the fried rice topped generously with seaweed flakes โจ Don't you feel like something's missing if you don't have fried rice after eating gopchang? It's not just me, right? Oh, and the cold noodles here are seriously delicious... I saw YouTubers drinking the broth with a ladle, so I casually tried it too. Now I know why they drink it straight from the ladle... ๐ Location: Hwangso Gopchang (Closed every Sunday)

OMG, what is this? Look at this feast, amazing! Everyone seems to have been mesmerized by the visuals of the handsome Gopchang (intestines) and came in to leave comments and likes. I'm one of them. Honestly, I was so surprised by the visuals.. haha Really, photos like this might not be good for dieting, but they're so great to look at. Just looking at it is healing. For beef intestines, it's gotta be green onion kimchi! ใ Fried rice and then cold noodles too. Not many places that serve cold noodles with beef intestines, this is the best! ๐
