It must be so frustrating that 3 out of 5 people aren't active. You're going through all the trouble but not seeing your score go up, that must be really tough mentally.

Also.. the players seem to be generally lower level compared to pro players. I recommend matching with players of a similar level.

It's much better to leave the party and write a post or comment on the community to get gems.

You get rewards based on your performance, so if you can rank, it's fine... but if not, you might want to consider switching ㅜㅜ

My party also seems to have two students lol. They're active during the holidays and quiet on weekdays lol I just let them be. They play when they have time, what else can you do?
