Tips for Catching Pokémon After Raids
First, Golden Razz Berries are a must. Then, throw Curveballs (it's best to aim for the center if possible, as this helps with Nice, Great, and Excellent throws). Also, find a raid guide to learn about weather boosts and weaknesses, which can help you beat the raid or increase your Pokémon's CP (just beat the raid normally and focus on catching afterward).

I agree. Even 1-star raid Pokémon are hard to catch, so Golden Razz Berries are definitely needed. Curveballs are almost essential in Go, and everything you said is spot on, so it seems like great tips for new players! + For those who hit well in the middle when throwing but can't time the Nice, Great, or Excellent throws, it becomes easier if you lock the ball!
