Tofu in the fridge

It must be tough deciding since it's unopened. If there's no weird smell or stickiness, I think it'd be best to check the condition and then cook and eat it. Just in case, make sure it hasn't gone bad!

One day <- It's fine. More than that <- It's okay to test your luck (Just kidding, please avoid consuming it if possible.)

If it's sealed and refrigerated, it's usually fine even if it's a day past. However, if you're sensitive about food, I'd recommend just discarding it.

I saw somewhere that tofu is okay for about a week, so that sounds about right. If it's unopened, it should be totally fine.
