Can someone tell me how to catch Galarian Three Birds?

Galarian Articuno is a really tough challenge to catch. Your best bet is to stock up on Golden Razz Berries and Ultra Balls, and aim for Excellent Curveball throws. It's admirable that you keep trying, keep at it!

As the commenter above said, the only way to catch the 3 Galar legendaries is with Golden Razz Berries, Hyper Balls, Curveballs, and Excellent throws.

Or you can only wish for good luck.. If the Galar legendary's CP is a 2-digit number, the capture rate is relatively high, and if it appears as shiny, the flee rate is 1%, so you can hope for that, or otherwise, you can only pray for it to be caught by sheer luck.

When Samase appears, if you press the AR button twice, a bug occurs where you can't escape.

If you have a Master Ball, just use it. Otherwise, you'll probably have to catch it with an Ultra Ball and Hyper Balls.

1. Activate the Walking Incense. 2. Walk until a Three-Bird appears. 3. Press it when the Three-Bird appears. 4. Catch it. This is how you do it.

Or, Safari Balls are easier to catch with than Hyper Balls.
